Fall is my favorite season and I decided to combine my two favorite flavors and came up with this masterpiece. I promise this is the cookie that will have people coming back for more!
-Pumpkin Cookie Butter A cinnamon pumpkin spice cookie dough base (this recipe doesn't include pumpkin puree) stuffed with your option of cookie butter or a cookie butter truffle, topped with a cinnamon swirl and cookie butter crunch crumbs. Your purchase includes the cookie dough recipe plus 2 different filling options and the recipe for the cookie butter crunch crumbs. I have also included detailed pictures and a list of some of the brands/products I use.
*** THIS STYLE OF COOKIE IS MEANT TO HAVE A SOFT TEXTURE IN THE MIDDLE BUT IT IS COMPLETLEY BAKED THROUGH. (FOOD THERMOMETER TESTED.)
