Where is your porch self-serve bakery located?
Our porch bakery stand is located in Johnson City, TN right beside the Johnson City Mall. The exact pickup address is provided after purchase.

How does the self-serve porch pickup work?
I offer pop up events multiple times a month (check our Facebook page for the schedule!) We also offer ordering your box ahead of time and picking it up at the cart!

Do you offer statewide shipping?
Yes! We ship fresh baked treats across Tennessee.

How fresh are the cookies?
Everything is baked fresh before pickup or shipping. 

Do you accept custom orders?
Message me directly for custom inquiries. Availability depends on schedule and volume.

How long do cookies stay fresh?
Most cookies stay fresh a week in their packaging. They can also be frozen for longer storage (about 3-4 months.)

How do I receive my recipe after purchase?
Your recipe will be delivered instantly by email after checkout. You’ll receive a downloadable PDF.

I didn’t receive my recipe — what should I do?
Please reach out to me through email, Facebook messenger, or any way you can find me! I never care where you reach out, I just want to make sure you get your recipes!  I am always happy to send them to your email! 

Can I get a refund on a digital recipe?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all recipe sales are final.

Can I sell cookies made from your recipes?
Yes! You’re welcome to sell cookies made from my recipes. I just ask that you do not resell or share the recipe itself.

I’m having trouble with a recipe — can I ask questions?
YES! Please shoot me a DM or Email 24/7! You are never a bother and I would much rather you ask me 4732543 questions than waste your time, money, and ingredients! I am here for you always!
