About Huddleston Baking Co.

Huddleston Baking Co. is really just a big family story that keeps growing.

Over 50 years ago, my grandma and grandpa started making their homemade fudge for their bed and breakfast in Jonesborough, TN. What began as a small family thing turned into something our community has loved for decades.

Fast forward a few generations — I started Haley Sweet Treats which consisted of baking cookies and sharing recipes online. At first, I was just making recipes as a little side income. I truly had no idea it would turn into what it is today.

After my mom passed away, baking became something deeper for me. She and I loved trying cookie shops everywhere we went and rating them together. Cookies were our thing. When I started baking more seriously, it felt like a way to stay connected to her — and somehow that turned into building an entire cookie community.

Today, I’m a single mom helping my grandma continue the business she and my grandpa started all those years ago. We’ve combined everything under one name — Huddleston Baking Co. — to bring together our family fudge, gourmet stuffed cookies, fresh baked treats, porch pickups, statewide shipping, and digital recipes.

Somewhere along the way, we built a Facebook cookie community with over 10,000 members and sold more than 20,000 digital recipes to bakers across the country since 2024!

What started as family recipes and a side hustle has become something so much bigger — and I’m so grateful you’re here.
