 Your purchase also includes the recipe to the cream cheese filling that is used to stuff the cookie with. This cookie is 100% shelf stable and doesn't require refrigeration.

 This style of cookie is meant to have a soft texture in the middle. I have listed the ingredients in cups, grams, tbsp, and tsp.
