SALTED CARAMEL KITCHEN SINK COOKIE BARS: 
A salted caramel cookie dough base with crushed crackers, milk chocolate chips, and toffee bits mixed throughout, stuffed with a caramel dip layer in the middle, and topped with another layer of salted caramel cookie dough, topped with a (shelf stable) chocolate mousse frosting and salted caramel crumb toppings. 

*** THIS STYLE OF COOKIE IS MEANT TO HAVE A SOFT TEXTURE IN THE MIDDLE BUT IT IS COMPLETLEY BAKED THROUGH. (FOOD THERMOMETER TESTED.)***
